Returns Policies:

2. If the product delivered is transit defective

3. If the product delivered is wrong shipment

And for the better management of your Return Issue, it is required to raise the Return Issue on the Returns under Customer Support within 2 Days of receive of your order; lacking of which regrettably, we will not be able to accept your return issue.

And after raising the Return Issue, the ordered Product(s) / Item(s) have to be returned within 7 days of receive of the Product(s).

Once the Return Issue is being raised, our Customer Support team will contact you for collection of the Product(s).


Returns Accepted for Below Goods:

Readymades- Kurtis, Readymade Salwars, Mens Shirts & Women's Shirts and other Readymade items:

1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.

2. Items should contains the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.

3. Items should be in the same condition as received.

4. Return Shipping charges will be borne by the seller or the end customer based on the case.


Unless you received a wrong/defect shipment, below items are not eligible for returns:

Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.
